I had a piece of furniture and a lot of other items - including 5 glazed prints- to send to my sister in canada. pack and send did a wonderful job - a clear quote and communication about the process and a prompt and safe delivery of the goods at the other end in canada. everything arrived intact and my sister was delighted. i was surprised how quickly the shipment arrived in canada. just to say that the rates were very reasonable. i would really recommend pack and send cambridge and would not hesitate to use again.
I had a large box of random extras to ship that didn't fit in the pallet for an international move. the team at pack & send was very helpful and kind when i walked in and helped me sort it all out. everything arrived in good condition within a few days - almost beat my flight! the only thing to note is that the entrance is around the side of the building, tucked down the alley. i think the shop out front gets asked about it a lot.
Used them with sworders. they did a good job packing a large fragile item both securely but also efficiently. they were able to saved me some money because they packed the item safely but also didn't overdo it with excessive, heavy packaging like some other shippers do. they did a solid job all around.
Pack & send transported goods from the uk to berlin for an exhibition. simon was always responsive, courteous, and extremely efficient. we would use pack & send again in the future.
Sent several boxes of personal items to germany when i relocated. pack & send was incredibly helpful in getting all my things safely from the uk to the eu. after the usual process of providing measurements and weights, i received a quote and organized a pick-up date with them. pick-up was on time and everything went smoothly. all communication was quick, professional and friendly. special requests to cater to the particular requirements of german customs were granted without a problem and everything arrived safely in germany. as far as i can tell the prices are very competitive. i was more than satisfied with their services and can highly recommend them! :)
