I came to the dentist to have my wisdom tooth removed i was very nervous, on my arrival i was greeted by sandra and she was very welcoming and made sure i knew who i was seeing and reassured me that i would be looked after. during my appointment victor and laura made me feel relaxed and made sure i was ok and talked me through each step of the procedure which was reassuring. staff were very pleasant and all round i had a good experience. i will be returning for more treatment and would definitely recommend. thank you.
Had to have emergency dental treatment and the dental hub was brilliant. i am a very nervous dental patient and both the dentist jack and the dental nurse ray were great. they put me at ease, explained all options carefully and there was no pressure to go through anything. the dentist explained everything as it was happening. from a nervous patient i would definitely recommend to anyone.
My second time visiting cambridge dental hub. was just as good a service this time round as it was previously. i had a checkup completed by victor and he took the time to explain to me the current condition of my teeth and gave me some advisories along with a well structured treatment plan outlining what he recommends i have done to make sure my teeth remain nice and healthy. definitely recommend the hub to anyone looking for a good reliable dental practice and a special thanks to victor for making the whole thing a smooth and easy process.
Have had a really positive experience under viktors care the last couple of months. he has been so kind and considerate. always communicated clearly and reassured me through out consultations and procedures. i really appreciate the care he gave me and pleased he was able to take over my care. i was fortune enough to get very last minute emergency appointments when needed which i’m grateful for. the only reason not giving 5 stars is due to management misunderstanding of my payment plan, which was then resolved.
