Cambridge Appliance Repairs

Did a lot of research as there are some dodgy companies around this area. Cambridge appliance repairs was highly recommended and I will add to that they diagnosed and fixed or cooker which coincidentally had a manufacturers fault two vital screws missing rendered the cooker constantly tripping very dangerous new world model NWL560TEB.

Contacted over website. They responded with a quote for the labour. Agreed a time and Barry came around and looked at the faulty oven fan. Told us the cost and ordered the part and came and fixed it within a few days. The cost of the part was higher than I'd hoped but the service was great and the engineer was friendly and professional. We were informed about the cost in advance.

Barry has been fabulously efficient in getting our Britannia range cooker working perfectly, his communication is good and he's always on time and courteous. Highly recommended.

We called Barry in desperation as our washing machine was leaking, and within 20 minutes he was at our property. Barry was polite and professional and after careful inspection of the machine, had got to the root cause of the problem. He simply would not give up until our appliance was fixed, even though a new pump was needed but was out of stock, he managed to repair the old pump! Barry was absolutely phenomenal and we would not hesitate to use him again in the future. Thank you so much for your patience and everything you did to help us both. It's greatly appreciated Barry!
