Having had an issue with my machine, danny came round and diagnosed the issue with courtesy, politeness and professionalism. i would definitely recommend his services and will certainly call upon his services in the future should the need arise.

We called daniel at 7pm on a monday evening about our washing machine, and he was with us within 45 minutes. as well as fixing the issue, he was friendly and helpful to boot. if you want someone genuine to come and take a look at your appliance (especially if it’s urgent), i would certainly suggest giving daniel a call!

Great experience using dm appliances yesterday. danny talked me through a few things to try and fix the washing machine before coming out and taking a look. very happy to recommend dm.

Thanks dm what great service. not only did you diagnose the problem over the phone, you ordered the suspected part and within a few days you arrived late in the evening so as to ensure we had it working . then within 30 minutes hey presto the machine was fixed. i highly recommend these guys. well done . we’ll keep your number handy .

Probably the best service we've received for any job in cambridge in the past 12 years. danny arrived the same day i called, diagnosed our tumble dryer issue immediately, got the parts and finished the job 2 days later, exactly as promised. i cannot recommend danny and his wife enough. if you want the a team on your side, danny's the man. thank you!!!!
