Where can I start. Having contacted rob to resite a switch , he identified that we had further non compliant original wiring. Although he did not have me booked in for this additional work he came after hours to remedy the issue over 2 further days. I am really grateful for his assistance and attention to detail. I manage my mother's house in Cambridge from Doncaster. Recently we have required a lot of electrical work including the installation of electric heaters, fault finding, a new consumer unit and a number of other repairs and upgrades. I found that Rob communicated promptly and was prepared to take the time to give advice, answer questions and discuss problems both over the phone, text and email. The jobs were carried out well with no mess. DS electrical seem like a very professional firm. I live too far away to be present when work is done but I feel I can trust this company to offer a professional service.

I wanted four double sockets and a double light switch replaced to some new ones that I had bought. Rob was very quick to give me a quote and arrange a time that was suitable for both of us. COVID measures were in place and the job was done promptly. I would recommend them and will be using them in the future for all other electrical works that I have. 17/10/2022 I reached out to Rob to see if he could change the speed setting on my bathroom extractor fan. He gave me a call on the same day and gave me instructions on how to do it myself, saving me £89 on a call out fee. I absolutely rate his service. I appreciate a tradesman who explains how to do jobs.
