Abbotts Sales and Letting Agents Cambridge

I met with Zita and Holly recently to show them around a new property in Cambridge. They were exceptionally professional and it was clear to see how passionate they are about their work and the business. An absolute pleasure to work with and I hope to work with them again in the future.

I would like to thank Alexandra Skellett and her team at the Cambridge branch. She was so helpful dealing with the sale of my 87-year-old mother’s house, which ended up taking almost a year to get over the line. This was due to the first purchaser messing us about for 9 months and the eventual purchaser turning the sale round in 2 and half months. Alex helped with issues that I could not seem to get answers to from my Solicitor. She was always available to take my calls or would respond later if she was busy. I found the whole sale a very stressful experience, but Alex always stayed positive and was always looking for ways to resolve the issues as they arose. I felt she had my mother’s best interest at heart, where the Solicitor did not seem as bothered and that to them this was just another house sale. The one thing I would do differently is go with using Abbots own appointed solicitor as I feel that would have helped with communication between estate agent and solicitor and I now believe would have sped up the whole process. I would highly recommend Alexandra and her team Abbots in Cambridge

We were looking for a flat and needed one within 3 weeks. We found this amazing apartment. Zita and Rosie both helped us on securing the flat and finally moving in to the flat. They guided us on what were needed and were always responding to anything we asked. Even after moving in, they still keep responding which makes us more comfortable. We can highly recommend Abbotts since they are friendly and efficient.

Overall, my attempt to purchase a flat through Abbotts was not successful. But the agent with whom I dealt directly, Fenella Maxwell, was intelligent, accommodating and considerate, and I throughly recommend her services.

From the very first moment that we met with Zita from the Cambridge office, we knew that we were in good hands. Zita is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and super efficient at her job. She guided us effortlessly through the whole process and was there for us whenever we needed her help alongside the lovely Holly. We would not hesitate in recommending them to others and we will most definitely be using their services again in the future for our rental property. Thank you again girls, it’s been a pleasure!
