Martin and co are a beneficial, accommodating agency that helped me and my partner (18 and 21) find a flat in cambridge when no other agency would touch us. i just signed a renewal with the help of anna crane, and the process could not be more straightforward; no sneaky clauses in the tenancy agreements and all maintenance issues have been handled well and in good time by jade cook. we are looking forward to another year in our property.

We have had excellent service from martin & co from start to finish of our sale/letting process. sarah was very friendly upon showing us around the property and answering our questions. during the sale/let part of the process, joe was our agent and point of contact; for what can be quite a stressful process normally, joe made us feel completely at ease. throughout the process, he has been incredibly helpful in answering our questions promptly, supporting us through the process and keeping us updated at each stage. i would highly recommend martin & co - particularly joe and sarah - for a hassle free experience.

I have rented my house through martin and co since 2017 and them to be very professional and efficient. they always found me tenants quickly and managed some occasional tricky moments very effectively. i then put the house on the market in march of this year and chose martin and co as my agents as they already had a good knowledge of the house. i had a steady stream of potential buyers and it as marketed at a realistic price. in particular joe hood who was handling my sale was very helpful and prompt in sorting out queries and viewings and once i had a buyer he kept me up to date with progress as i now live overseas. buying and selling houses is always stressful and joe was able to put my mind at rest and negotiate effectively on my behalf so that today we completed! i am very happy and pleased to highly recommend martin and co as both letting agents and estate agents.

Very pleased with martin & co so far. what distinguishes them from other agents is that they make you feel like a human and not like a cash machine. eleanor pettet was our agent and she was very professional and friendly, mediating our discussions with our landlord and ensuring we have all we need, even working outside of office hours to reply to us! we are still in the early days of our tenancy but so far eleanor and the agency are superb.
