Quantity more than quality. Fish was huge but tasted bland. Large portion of chips, but the ones we had with our fish were cold. They only take cash, but there’s a cash machine nearby.

One of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had and can’t wait to come back. Staff are all so friendly and accommodating, prices are good and food was delicious, hot and fresh with fantastic quality and quick service. Thank you very much!

Love, love, love the food !!!! We have used this place a few times and each time our meal has been great!!!! Big portions, so well worth the money. The staff in the shop are so friendly, on our last visit they offered my daughter a free taster of spicy potatoes. The only issue for me is it's cash only, and most places nowadays take card payments. I don't always carry cash, so has to be a planned visit so I'm prepared. That doesn't put me off though- cashpoint close by.

This place is amazing! I used to go to the other chippy (codfather) because it’s closer to mine and I don’t drive. But the extra walk is 100% worth it! The portion size are amazing and not crazy greasy… here is a photo of a large cod, honestly next time I’ll get a medium!

Friendly service and piping hot chips that I didn’t have to wait for to be cooked (unlike the other chippy round the corner, virtually every time you go in… ) Bought a half portion which was more than enough for my large appetite and they were tasty. I’m now a convert!!!
