Richard and his family have done all of our family funerals from my grandparents my aunt my mum and last month my dad they have such respect for the loved ones in their care and every detail was taken care of. saying goodbye to someone or making arrangements is never a easy task but they are such lovely ppl and always avaliable to help and guide u though the process from start to finish my dad's ashes were back with them the following day for me to bring home. the whole experience was dignified and went exactly as i wanted it to saying goodbye to my father
