Very tidy showroom. The staff were very friendly, especially Gabi, she was great with our two little boys that were running around. Easy process to purchase a new sofa

NB: Sofa Order Only (Awaiting Delivery) Paid Cash not Credit I have had two recent visits whilst looking for a sofa to this store. On the first visit, I felt a reluctance to assist me compared to other customers, who at the time appeared more established (older, in a relationship etc). This experience was the reason for the drop in stars. However, today's (15-July) was much more pleasant. I was greeted within 5-minutes of arrival and was frequently offered assistance throughout whilst browsing. Whilst assisting me, staff members were not pushy towards a sale, were patient, and seemed happy and knowledgeable to answer my questions. I was served by a trainee, although cannot remember his name. When purchasing the sofa, staff were attentive to detail (with the manager even confirming the purchase details) and it was a quick and easy process. Overall, I left highly satisfied and awaiting my sofa in 5-6 weeks.

Certainly air conditioning well received after walking in from a boiling hot afternoon! Browsing for a new sofa. Did not purchase on this occasion but open, well laid out, lots of parking…..sales team approached at times to ensure I did not need assistance. Positive experience overall.
