Furniture Village - Cambridge

Welcomed by Steve who let us look around before giving advice when we asked. We ended up buying the Touch sofa in the window as it was so comfortable and fits our space perfectly. All the sales staff seemed friendly which made a very relaxing experience for us unlike the pressure we got from other places the minute we walked in. Hot chocolate and freshly baked cookies were a bonus. Highly recommend furniture village, thank you

Visited Furniture Village today looking for a new bed after visiting other unsuccessful local businesses. We were met with Lorena and after an explanation of what i was looking for she pointed us in the right direction. Her service was top class, Lorena explained the products in great detail and even though i was only looking for a frame- i ended up purchasing a mattress too. The coffee while we browsed was a lovely touch too on a hot muggy day. Happy customer!!!

Brought a sofa & mattress & was looked after by Steve who was very helpful & very knowledgeable of all the furniture the store had to offer. Got offered a coffee & cookie & wasn't rushed or pressured into buying & got a super deal. Left very happy with my purchase.

Our experience at Furniture Village was awesome! If you go there ask for Lorena! She is an amazing sales consultant who served us with great care and enthusiasm! She knows her job so well and made sure we were happy with our ‘Touch’ sofa set. The sofa is a great size for a big family, the recliners are v. Smooth & the fabric so elegant. Lorena went over & beyond to arrange for its delivery in a few days time while the official delievery was supposed to be 20 days after that! She explained to us all the details with so much patience! We are a happy family!

We visited the Cambridge store on Saturday to buy a mattress. Steve Wong greeted us as we entered the store and after we had time to browse offered his assistance. We explained what we were looking for, he made suggestions but was not pushy and recommended we take plenty of time to try different mattress choices before making our decision. It was really refreshing to have good customer service, we left the store happy after placing our order - thanks Steve!
