I've been into elaje a few times for help on nails and eyelashes and they were always so friendly and accommodating but never had a service from them until today. i booked in to get my brows waxed with aimee, which i was nervous about as i had never had them waxed before. aimee was so lovely and friendly, completely understanding that i was new to waxing, and so attentive to my wishes and wants throughout. i thought she was absolutely fantastic

I got a balayage and cut done by shannon who was lovely and styled my hair really nicely with great care and attention. i was not too sure about the colour over the next few days as it was a little warmer than i had hoped - i reached out to julia who got back to me within 24 hours and then booked me in for another complimentary toner the same day! impeccable service which i am really impressed with - i will definitely be back! thank you!

Wonderful high-class and professional service, my stylist was so lovely and i loved chatting with her; great, stylish vibe all around (love the klimt art btw) and you even get a complimentary head and shoulder massage! was so incredibly pleased with the results as well; best hairdressing experience i've ever had! highly, highly recommend!! 💃💋

I have curly hair so i’ve always been anxious about getting my hair cut but the elaje team (particularly chloe who cuts my hair) know exactly what to do and always make it look beautiful! chloe is attentive and listens to what you would like, whilst making suggestions best for your hair! the reception staff are wonderful and visiting elaje is an all round wonderful experience. honestly i feel like i’m visiting the spa is so welcoming and relaxing!
