Edit: Elem hair reached out after my complaint and were so helpful and accommodating and offered compensation for the issue :) Went to get my hair dyed purple, I followed all the after care steps using colour special shampoo and conditioner with luke warm water and after only two washes within a week my hair is now pink patchy with shades of orange and some silver? The purple was not the shade I wanted which I could live with but now I’m scared to even wash it again. The hair cut itself I absolutely loved so I’m happy with that. Getting hair dyed is always risky but I was hoping paying so much would work out in my favour, sadly not. I do want to add that I would talk to the salon directly about this issue but I felt a bit intimidated to do so and I was warned that the colour would fade over time.

Cannot recommend this salon, and director stylist India, highly enough - I came in on Monday with a total hair disaster from another salon (the aim was brunette but my hair was a deep copper) - the team were so sympathetic and welcoming and squeezed me in just 3 days later. India was so patient and really listened to what I wanted and the outcome is gorgeous. I’m no longer embarrassed to leave the house and have a beautiful new head of rich brunette hair that wasn’t compromised with any bleach. Thank you so much India ! ❤️

Megan was fantastic and did exactly what I asked for which believe it or not is unusual in my experience of hairdressers! She's going to help me sort out my lockdown fringe and I felt she set me on a good path to start with that. Lovely salon and lovely wash and cut by Megan, thanks !

Megan is very passionate and brilliant hairdresser. At first I was really worried about my visit just because my old hairdresser left and Megan took over. However, No doubt’s whatsoever! Will be coming back and bringing my little girl ! Many thanks very very happy 💕

Services: Root Touch Up - Pre-Lightening, Toner, Joico Deep Conditioning Treatment I had a wonderful hair makeover! This is my first time at ELEM. I did a free skin test two days before my booking day. The staff is very friendly and informative. Then I had my hair done by Sacha. She is fab! She gave me many useful suggestions for coloured hair treatment. After my first wash, the colour is a bit lighter but still brilliant. Thank you so much!
