Nurseplus Cambridge - Healthcare Staffing & Homecare Services

I have been registered with Nurseplus Cambridge Branch for 3 Months and have throughly enjoyed my time working with this agency. I was nearing the of my nursing degree when I joined to bridge the gap and gain some extra money to get me through moving into a new apartment and transitioning from student to professional. The recruitment process was so quick I had a interview within one day, visiting the branch I was greeted by two very kind ladies Jemma and Sarah. They made me feel welcome and were very accommodating making the process a lot smoother. I had my training scheduled within 5 days and it was one day with a lovely lady who was also very friendly and took the time to make sure everyone felt confident and understood the policies and procedure Nurseplus requires staff to follow and values they align themselves with. One of the things that was great working for this agency was the flexibility they provided so my work/life balance is spot on. The rates of pay are amazing and I feel supported. I am leaving to become a RN in a nearby hospital but will be back to work with Nurseplus Cambridge in the very near future. I can’t thank Sarah, Jemma and Anna for there ongoing support and kindness. Nurseplus Cambridge has given me the chance to enjoy my job and learn new skills without the usual pressures that arise within substantive posts, and I can’t thank them enough

Nurse Plus Cambridge was one of the friendliest and most efficient care branches I’ve ever experienced. You can tell the organisation is outstanding just by the quality of the staff. They are exceptional, so approachable, knowledgeable and professional. The training package I received by Kylie was excellent, you can tell she is really passionate about care but still kept the day entertaining and light hearted. We covered so much and I left the training day feeling confident in my care giving and excited to start working for Nurse Plus. From the day I phoned about a job I was in for an interview the following day, all my documents, DBS, references, uniform and ID was all sorted and the day after I completed my training day. The turn around was exceptional, I hope I can continue to uphold the standards they have set when I start working there. ☺️

I have worked with Nurseplus for a year, and it has been nothing less than wonderful, from the managers and other colleagues to the never-ending work opportunities and people i’ve met and cared for along the way. it has been an experience i’ll never forget. From my time here i have been able to find somewhere i can see myself working for a long time and am ever grateful. from the very start the process from applying to getting into training and then the job itself was ever so quick which i found very useful, and i’m sure others have to. I couldn’t recommend Nurseplus highly enough. All of the staff who have worked for me have been amazing, friendly, professional, well trained and reliable. They get involved in the work from the get go. All of the staff in the office are really amazing too, Sarah, the manager is brilliant, supportive and will listen to any concerned, her team are amazing too- they work on stop to get cover as soon as we contact them.
