Premier Inn Cambridge East (Newmarket Road) hotel

I wanted to arrange an early check in. Tried for 3 days to get through on the telephone without success. No email address available. Rang customer help line but they could not get through. Eventually got through day before arrival. Room was good size but a bit tired , needed re-decorating. Excellent breakfast plenty of choice.

We always stay at premier inns as they are consistently great. This one was no different. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Checking in and out was so quick and easy

A guaranteed level of room quality which makes choice easy as have been in very many Premier sites for business & leisure. Staff at Cambridge could be a bit more upbeat & welcoming but still compliant. The extra £10 for breakfast put the rest of my party off after spending £75 per room so disappointed I did not have breakfast.

Best premier inn yet! Food is super quick! (100% quicker than mackies drive through) 😂!! But fast, hot and well cooked. Staff are great! Service was sublime. Parking is a con at £10 a night as you have already paid for the room but all in all can’t fault it.

I was staying here after a leaving do. It was during the week and seemed to be nice and quiet. I checked in at the desk with a person at the desk. The room was large as was the bed. It looked like it had been cleaned and the aircon was good. There wasn't a water cooler or bottled water (it seems to be standard in places like Club Quarters). From the station I caught a taxi off the rank and it cost me just over £10. In the morning the breakfast was really fresh and good quality. The staff were friendly and welcoming which is good. There were plenty of people in business dress, so it must be popular with people who have come from out of town for conferences etc. Well done to everyone. This is my first stay at a Premier Inn.
