Amazing service! Vanessa at Catherine Jones of Cambridge, went above and beyond helping me to get the perfect engagement ring, she guided me through the whole process and took on board any wishes or concerns that I had. She always made me feel comfortable and never pressured me to make an rash decisions. To top it all they were able to turn it around so quickly! Couldn't ask for a better experience.

We had a lovely experience with the staff here - such a friendly family-run business, running a coronation-themed quiz and giving champagne to us for answering, which was so generous. It was an amazing shop with the loveliest staff

We looked at a lot of rings when we got engaged and none of them felt right and we felt the staff were pushing rings on us but not here! The staff are so welcoming, especially Vanessa and she helped us make our decision. We were so happy we went back to see if they could help me decide about a wedding band. My Mum had given me my Nan's wedding band and Vanessa had a wonderful idea to make it my own and even came up with a plan on how to surprise me with it once it was ready. I wouldn't go to another jewelers now!
