I recently purchased me wedding ring from ernest jones, i was served by a lovely lady called millet she was amazing, very polite and helpful, even to help me get my ring resized! great staff member

I went to ernest jones to look for an engagement ring with my boyfriend, i wasn't quite sure what my style was or what was i looking for. riya was so helpful and patient, making the experience amazing. she kept bringing different ideas with the information that i gave her and really helped me through the process. i feel like i really found my perfect ring and i couldn't be happier. thank you so much for all the time and patience!

Richard was absolutely the best. he remembered my order for my leather strap from a year ago and was happy to honor my replacement. one of the best ernest jones which i’ve visited in the country. they’re absolutely friendly and approachable.

Riya was an absolute star. being a beginner at picking out a watch, riya helped me to understand what styles i like, spoke with me about different brands and recommended watches that i may like. she made my experience 10/10. i will definitely come back to this store
