Helpful staff got us sorted with lovely wedding rings, and kept us really well informed through a minor delay from the supplier. really great service and lovely products!

I confirm that during today i called at the cambridge store to collect my watch which had the battery replaced and i had forgotten to bring along with me my repair counterfoil slip, however the sales assistant was most understanding of the situation and subsequent to their routine questions confirming my id, i was able to successfully collect my watch without the requirement to make a further return visit. all credit to the the sales assistant on this occasion

Great service, i went to look for a replacement engagement ring to go with my wishbone wedding ring that would fit on the wishbone part of the ring i chose what i thought would go and none of them did however the assistant knew what sort of thing would go best, she picked 3 and remained in my budget and i ended up choosing one she picked out, really really pleased with it.
