I don’t often leave reviews but i recently purchased a watch for my birthday and had such a positive experience at fraser hart cambridge that i wanted to share how excellent the team are there. friendly, genuine, helpful, knowledgeable….the list goes on. all in all a fantastic service and purchasing experience. thank you very much in particular to james and emma.

James was really helpful, made us feel very comfortable and supplied us with coffee and prosecco while choosing our wedding rings. will definitely be coming back here for anything we need. thanks so much

I had paid a visit earlier this week to look at a tudor and was served by katie who was only three weeks in but so polite and welcoming! she had no problem in giving me her opinion on dial colours to help me narrow it down, overall for someone who was new, her presentation was fantastic!

Met with james and mel this morning. overall, outstanding service. i already knew what product i wanted and when i saw it, i made sure it was exactly what i wanted before really committing to the purchase (literally 3 minutes concentration for this as i've researched so many different watches over the past few months. really straight forward guys to deal with. i was welcomed with coffee and was able to view the item i wanted. soon as you pay, your purchase is being bagged up by team, and mel gave me a demo of my new watch. just sound service, it's nothing special but it's the basics, delivered perfectly and some extra customer carez thrown in for good measure. will be going back for my next item

On vacation in the uk and wanted to stop by a tudor ad. i’m very glad i chose this one! the sales associate was extremely knowledgeable about the watches and showed me and my friend several tudor watches for us to try on. we didn’t buy anything today but it was a great experience and the service couldn’t have been better. i’m sorry i didn’t catch the young lady’s name but she may have been the best sales rep i’ve ever dealt with in a watch store. thanks again.
