Gave them a call after hours making things worse trying to reverse the damage caused by my own botched DIY to our uPVC door. Rather than dig a deeper hole, I thought it'd be sensible to get a professional involved. Chris came along later that day, and promptly fixed my damage to the 5-lever lock, got the cylinder working again, and adjusted the hinges so the door closed properly again (it just glides now!) Reasonable price too. Highly recommended.

Excellent service! Just popped in to get a key cut which another high st shop said it will be a few weeks wait as it needed to be ordered in. Came here and it was done in a flash. Will be coming back here again in the future!
