I had an amazing 90mins deep tissue massage with janet at milton. my word she knows how to find and get to very tight, deep knots. she was very informative giving me lots of advice as my job & illness really can take it out of me. i feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders, i can feel where she has worked on me but no pain no gain as they say! the sheet of exercises recommended have arrived for me to work on before my next appointment. i can highly recommend janet, thank you
