It was a absolute "dream" shopping at dreams. edward was our bed expert and a true gentleman, not only did he help us in choosing the ideal bed for us but he also made us feel extremely comfortable in his presence and at home. i will highly recommend a trip to dreams bed store in cambridge. you will be very well looked after and understood. thank you very much for our experience edward 🙏🏻

Very good experience. excellent customer service. staff have good knowledge on their products. i was even offered a coffee while i shopped! prices are on the higher side, but i would rather pay more for quality and good service. would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service from both edward and evy. not pushy at all but acknowledged we were there and offered us a drink whilst we browsed. very knowledgeable and gave good suggestions on helping us choose our perfect bed. plenty of choice, ordering was easy and straight forward. price was reasonable for what we wanted. would definitely recommend and 5 stars to edward and evy. looking forward to trying out our new bed in a few weeks.

I visited the cambridge beehive store with my family and we had the best experience ever with their store manager, michael. he was so helpful and professional, and keen to make sure we found the right bed and mattress, all with fun and a laugh too. we will be sure to return to him because of the top class service we received today. thank you!

Dreams bed centre beehive cambridge: plenty of parking at this site and very near disabled bays. bright airy shop with good choice of beds ground-floor and upstairs. very reasonable pricing for every budget. left alone to look round and was not pounced upon once l got into the shop. complete beds and mattresses can be bought or just mattresses and headboards and other bedding items. when approached by a sales person l stated l was just looking round to compare prices. i received a very professional service. was informed of the different types of mattresses, quality and best sort to buy. i did not have much time but gained enough information to know what l was looking for in other shops. particularly useful was the explanation about the weight of a person and how they slept as this helped me decide what l was looking for. returned later to buy as this shop as they provided me with a good sales experience and information on which to purchase. very satisfying experience. thank you evy.
