Bought online but picked up from the Cambridge store and so friendly and helpful. One of the items had a small chip and able to swap it n the store the next day. Recommend the store (and the oak ladder desk!)

Friendly customer service quality furniture cosy Little Shop

Love the futon company and the designs for living , low score based on making a trip into Cambridge to pick up a bed and shop was shut with a note saying ' open at 10am today' things happen I know but I was furious. I checked on line first to make sure they were open.

Called the number provided on my online order confirmation, and was redirected here due to it being a Saturday morning, I suppose. The first woman I spoke to was rude frankly. Didn't even let me finish my sentence before asking me to "Hold on" and just handed the phone to a manager with no explanation, wasting my time. Incredibly bad first impressions... Gary - however - singlehandedly saved this review. What a gentleman, fantastically understanding polite and efficient. Couldn't praise him enough. Thanks to you, Gary, I would buy from this company again.
