My appointment for a deep clean got moved from Friday afternoon to Saturday morning by Vanessa's request. Fine, Saturday actually worked better. Then Saturday morning, the time of the appointment comes around, and there's no sign of Vanessa. I tried reaching her on WhatsApp, Facebook and by phone. No response. It's now an hour and a half since she was scheduled to be here and it has become apparent she's not coming at all.
Very good cleaning service. Always on time, and communication is great! Happy and accommodating! Outstanding. Cannot recommend enough!
