Clamp Optometrists

Quite possibly the best opticians I have ever been to hands down! Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I was truly impressed by the optician who did my eye examination as he was a doctor and happened to specialise to issues with corneas. I am so grateful for the most thorough examination and the patience and care when discussing the problems with my eyes. I got a prescription for occupational glasses and the dispensing team was equally impressive. I got my glasses a week ago and they have made a massive difference already with computer work for example. Five stars really is not enough! I can't recommend Clamp Optometrists highly enough!

Following my consultation with Michael this morning, I just wanted to feedback my praise for his professionalism and expertise as well as his exemplary patient communication skills. Prior to the appointment I had been considering changing optician. I definitely won't now. He is a credit to the organisation. Thank you Clamp for great service and client care.

Both staff and service were excellent, I highly recommend them for both emergency and long-term assistance! The staff went out of their way to help repair some pretty severe damages to the frames of my glasses. Marcus at the front desk was very understanding throughout the process, and in twenty minutes Amie managed to fix what I thought were unrepairable damages. I am really grateful for their help, and would definitely come back again!

I have used Clamp Optometrists a few times over the years. The staff have always been helpful and patient even when I return to have my glasses adjusted. However I had trouble ringing them a number of times earlier this year and even e-mail them to arrange my appointment. Unfortunately I had to go somewhere else but I didn’t get as attentive service as Clamp Optometrists. So I would recommend others to use them instead of other high street opticians.
