I had a great experience from start to finish. vastly better than any high street opticians i have used. importantly, the optometrist and assistants discussed with me my concerns and lifestyle to gain a better understanding of what i needed. i loved that i was helped choose from a small selection of frames too, as i am prone to being indecisive! the service really is exemplary and the shop itself is a beautiful, tranquil space.

Taank's offers a very thorough and professional eye examination. the team there are really pleasant and knowledgeable and guide you through the process of choosing new glasses. i had a concern about an eye-related issues and the optometrist was able to reassure me and explain what was causing it which was great. their frame selection is excellent and stands out amongst the normal frames that are on offer - much more of a european influence. all in all, a very pleasant experience.

We stopped by because my daughter’s glasses had broken and the staff were completely wonderful. they fixed the glasses willingly and refused to take any payment. their friendly and efficient service was hugely appreciated and i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
