Visited here with some friends, as it was a halfway point for both of us. Free parking, the car park has a few spaces, but I would imagine it gets busy in the summer. There are lots of open fields and a park, where there would be a splash pad, unfortunately this was out of action the day we went, but I'm sure this will be fully usable in the warmer months. There are plenty of different climbing equipment, slides, zip wires, wooden areas for the kids to play on, they enjoyed playing for hours here! We then went on a walk around the edge of the park until we got to the stream, which had plenty of ducks and a sandy area near it with wooden poles to stand on, which was fun for them. The only downside, there is no café, but I think that's due to a nursery being situated near the front of the park. Well worth going with a picnic.

Absolute heaven on earth for young children, so much to do. Feeding the ducks and swans, fishing with nets, huge sandpit. Large play park with lots of different equipment, 2 pools, now sadly empty at the end of summer. Best part....its free !!!! Had some beautiful happy summer days at Cherry Hinton Park. And there are public toilets, a bit dirty and uncared for but they worked and had toilet paper so no complaints !!!

Decent place to come and explore, we spent just over an hour here. But the park wasn’t exactly interesting the children unfortunately. One thing I would say, is if your not local to get to the park before 10am due to limited parking spaces.

A nice park for nearby residents, there is a duck pond with some birds and a swan family. And a children playground with lots of different facilities, actually as an adult you can also play with some facilities. In general it is a good place to take a walk and picnic on the grass.

Great park for the kids. Lots of play areas including zip wires, swings, trampoline, climbing apparatus and a sand area. Also has a fab paddling pool. If that's not your cup of tea, then kids can paddle in the small Brooke next to the sandpit. Only downside is the toilets were gross.
