Poochie Parlour Cambridge

We initially took our schnauzer mini to another groomer outside of cambridge but we were not entirely happy with them, so we decided to try the poochie parlour and we're glad we did. it's a relatively small family-run groomer that has the look of a busy independent shop. the people there clearly care about dogs and know how to handle them, even dogs like ours that are not always very cooperative about grooming. the mother and daughter team courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, and they carry a range of accessories, supplies and toys. we've been there three times now and we have been very pleased with the results.

My dog is treated with care and gentleness. i am always amazed by how lovely my elderly dog looks after a groom here! it is always a pleasure to drop her off and pick her up all sleek and smelling good. her fur feels like velvet after a groom.

Chelsey is fantastic with my yorkipoo leo, when i collect him after his groom he looks lovely, five stars

Wonderful staff, very polite and cheerful. my puppy otis was very worried but was calmer than expected when he was getting clippings done. definitely will be returning for more.

Highly satisfied with the service. we managed to get the appointment same day when we appeared because the other dog didn't come. staff were very friendly and helpful. despite our puppy doesn't really like being brushed at home the groomer managed to do that and have done the haircut exactly how we expected that. also the price is very competitive. definitely worth going here!
