John diagnosed my problem with a ch diverter valve and replaced it within a 2 hour timeframe. very quick and professional. a local business with the personal touch and i have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
John was brilliant! he was the second plumber i had to deal with a particular problem which had been misdiagnosed by the first plumber and would have involved a complete overhaul of my kitchen! john found the source of the problem under the sink, cleaned the part, and reconnected the outlet pipe (which had been unnecessarily disconnected by the previous contractor) and hey presto! great guy great company i will be using him for everything from now on.
John was really helpful and i recommend him for anyone needs plumbing and heating help !! booking an appointment was easy, he was right on time, quick and neat fix for the issue and reasonable charges.
When we needed a repair to our central heating system, my friend recommended that i call john, and i'm really pleased that i did. booking the appointment was hassle free and when he arrived, he identified the problem and told us how he was going to fix it. i will make sure to recommend john to any of my friends who need a plumber.
