Matt and the CB1 Team were extremely professional, responsive, and provided clear quotes for the renovation works they carried out at our property. They have done a fantastic job for us, commuticating regularly the progress of the works, and respecting the timelines. We highly recommend them, and we are definitely going to ask their help for future home improvements.

Matt came to give us a quote and was very helpful and good at explaining the process of the way the work would be carried out.He was very quick at replying to emails when we had extra questions. Nick the plumber who came to carry out the work was very professional and easy to talk to and was a very clean worker leaving no mess behind at all. My 98 year old father had commented on how comfortable he felt having People who would take the time to talk and explain things to him in the house. We will definitely use them again and absolutely recommend their services.

Great service from Matt, Rob and Lewis. I contacted Matt about a minor leak last week and asked if he could attend this morning first thing. He responded quickly with a confirmed time. The leak became more severe yesterday evening so I emailed Matt to let him know. He responded quickly (on a Bank Holiday!) and reassured me we would make a plan and sort it. He attended on time this morning with Rob and Lewis and worked efficiently with the building operations manager to quickly find the source of the leak and get a repair done in under 3 hours. Matt was extremely polite, professional and considerate. He kept me updated whilst onsite and gave me warning before making any kind of noise. For a job that could've been messy, I had 0 disruptions. I'm very happy with the service received and advice given, will use CB1 Plumbing and Heating again in the future and 100% recommend to others!
