I feel so lucky that I found Ellie. After dealing with an ongoing toe problem for months and not really getting what I needed from the NHS, I found Ellie on the NHS's search page of RCPod-registered private podiatrists. (I also visited another podiatrist who was also good but who did not have the experience to perform the procedure I needed.) Ellie did have that experience, the procedure went smoothly and it's clear that she really cares about her patients. She really went above and beyond to ensure the issue was dealt with promptly, helping me deal with the NHS pathways necessary to get what I needed, replying to my queries on the same day and explaining things clearly. She also did extra research on my specific condition to ensure that she was providing the latest evidence-based advice. She always made it clear what the treatment options were and what her recommendation was but I never felt pressured into anything. I would recommend her to anyone.

Amazing! I had been suffering with ingrown toenails for a little over half a year. I saw my GP and followed their advice but the situation just kept getting worse and worse. I found Ellie's practice, as I had a hiking holiday coming up, which was going to be literally impossible with the state of my toes. Immediate relief! It was amazing. I went on holiday to Scotland the next day with no pain whatsoever. I have now had the nail surgery, removing the ingrown section and killing it at the root. The operation was really enjoyable, Ellie and Brandon both did a lot to alleviate my nerves and the post operation instructions are clear and concise. The practice is extremely clean and easy to get to with road parking spaces literally opposite. they are very organised so waiting times are kept to a minimum. Could not recommend more.

Ellie is the best podiatrist I have ever seen, and trust me I’ve seen a lot. She gives excellent medical care, while also being deeply in tune with your pain and concerns. She is also very generous with her time and will sneak you in for a last minute appointment if you’re having an emergency. She cares about her patients and always chooses the best treatments in line with their goals and lifestyle.

Ingrowing toenail removal needed on both big toes - Ellie was really friendly, reassuring and an obvious expert in this procedure. Very grateful that she was willing to come to the clinic on a day that she doesn’t normally do in order to sort this out! Follow-up appointments easy to book and advice very clear. Brandon was great in organising appointments and assisting during the surgery. Very highly recommended to anyone else suffering from persistent nail problems! Thank you Ellie!

Every now and then in life you come across little gems of people. Ellie & sidekick Brendan are just that. Ellie knows her stuff, is ballsy, says it as it is & is downright funny with it. Her operation on my ingrown toenail & aftercare was second to none. She really cares about her work. Brendan has perfected the art of calmness and distraction, which really helped mid operation. He also stuck a sticker on my bandage after the operation, for braveness, much to Ellie’s dismay. This made it an A star service for me. Thanks to you both & I’ll miss my follow ups! Ps if you have an issue with your feet, do yourself a favour and go see these two. C
