We rented a property in the heart of Cambridge through Inter-let for four years. We dealt with Eliza, who had always been very decent, professional, communicated promptly, and dealt with all our queries/property related problems in a timely fashion. The onboarding process at the beginning of tenancy was seamless. Throughout the tenancy, Eliza resolved the property’s wear and tear issues promptly. We found the agency to be highly reasonable in terms of covering the usual wear and tear costs (as per the tenancy agreement) which are usually passed on to tenants, while also ensuring the landlord’s best interest. Overall our experience had been excellent, and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Inter-let to someone looking to rent a property in Cambridgeshire. We also highly recommend Inter-let to landlord(s) looking for a professional and trustworthy property agent.
