We have just used Rachel Dunne at Crossmans for our house purchase and sale after she was recommended by friends of ours. We couldn't be happier with her service - she was extremely responsive and communicative throughout and explained everything very clearly. We were in a long chain and there were several delays caused by other solicitors, but Rachel was very efficient and all the conveyancing on our purchase and sale was done within 2.5 months, meaning it has just gone through before the stamp duty hike. Although Crossmans are not the cheapest, we found them well worth the money and would definitely use them again. This was our second house purchase and we are quickly learning that communicative conveyancers are hard to find and well worth paying for.
