My very first engagement with the recruiting agency Robert Half was through Peter Elward, who matched skills and experience to the role and supported me through the entire process of registration. The level of professionalism of this organisation and attention to details led me to do some online research about them and I then discovered they a member of S&P 500 with vast experience in recruitment and other areas.

I recently secured a temporary contract through RH Cambridge. This is my first contract with Robert Half. I am really impressed with the professional approach they have shown, brilliant communication at every step, helpful with any concerns, and always checking you're happy with everything. Megan Ayres at the Cambridge office contacted me regarding a permanent role. This was the first time I spoke to Megan or had any contact with this agency. Megan was very professional, friendly, and sincere. She was so helpful in answering my questions about the role and got back to me quickly. If she had to speak to someone at the company I was interviewing for to get answers to my questions, she called me immediately. Her professionalism is outstanding and she is just so kind. When I was negative about the outcome of my interview, she was like a cheerleader, supportive and positive. Oliver was also friendly and professional. He spoke to me in detail about the role and the benefits with the company. He answered all my questions. Needless to say, I got the role thanks to this great team at the Cambridge office. Also important to me, communication within the Robert Half team was very good. My messages were always passed on to Megan when she couldn't take my calls so I knew that someone would get back to me.
