Optimum Recycling were very quick to get back to me after my initial enquiry through their website, they got back to me by phone, then email. We asked them to clear a waste illegally dumped on our land, and had been referred to Optimum. They were very helpful and professional, providing the correct documentation, from quote, to invoice, and importantly, a waste transfer note and photos of the cleared site.

Charlie has been so friendly, professional and accommodating. Worked around my schedule to make my life easier, what a legend. On the days, the crew was also very friendly and professional. They managed to remove all I asked of them and then payment was taken swiftly. Highly recommend optimum!! 5 stars service 👍

I did not meet Charlie in person, but he has been helpful throughout the whole process of emptying the property of a diseased relative. What he said he would do, has been completed very efficiently, as promised and without any issues. All the required paperwork was produced prior to the work commencing. Whilst he was not the cheapest, amongst those that I approached, he made me feel confident I was dealing with a reputable company and I would happily work with Charlie again - should the need arise.
