First and the foremost the staff are incredibly knowledgeable about the details of the shoes they stock, and are able to give expert advice on style, fit, and aftercare. They are professional and friendly, and they refreshingly put zero pressure on buying anything. They seem happy to help and share their passion for shoes with you. Secondly there is a real breadth of the stock available and you are given plenty of time and assistance to go through it all if you wish! And lastly the shoes themselves are a fantastic collection of the utmost quality, and you are sure to find something that meets your needs. I have just bought my first pair of shoes from here and it is sure not to be my last!
