In June I had an extremely disappointing experience at QI Spa Cambridge that has left me feeling frustrated and misled. I initially chose this spa based on its claims of providing certified and skilled therapists, which is essential for a safe and effective spa treatment. However, my encounter with their staff and management has shattered my confidence in their services. Upon requesting the certification details of the therapist assigned to me, I was met with resistance and an alarming lack of transparency. It's shocking that a reputable spa, as they claim to be, would refuse to provide such basic information to a paying customer. I strongly advise potential clients to think twice before considering QI Spa Cambridge for any services. Their refusal to provide therapist certification is a red flag that should not be ignored. Trust and transparency are fundamental in the wellness industry, and it's clear that QI Spa Cambridge falls short in both regards. Save yourself the disappointment and potential risk by seeking out a spa that values your well-being and respects your legitimate concerns.

Had a very good sports massage from Bibiana, who was excellent and gave me some advice on stretches to help too. My fiance also had a pregnancy massage with her and said it was good.

Another excellent massage session with Dora, who I consider an outstanding massage therapist. She is very experienced, having worked in a hospital previously, with excellent knowledge of the human musculoskeletal system and is able to relieve the pain and tightness in my back and shoulders with very effective and targeted massage techniques. Thank you Dora!

I had my treatment with Emma, she is very friendly and engaging and made me feel at ease. The massage it self was heaven! I never felt so great there is definitely magic in her hands. The facitlies are amazing, especially the heated table and quality oils. Will recommend and be going back again.
