Big Yellow Self Storage Cambridge

After experiencing a problem with my zipcar, i arrived later than the instructed latest time for first my first check-in. however, josh at the reception was super welcoming when i arrived and went through the process swiftly whilst covering all the necessary steps in the correct manner. he knew what he was doing, didn’t complain at all about my late arrival and offered the best service possible with a big smile. he ended up staying late for almost 20 min due to my late arrival but never the his smile in his face and was helpful all the way till the end. attached is a photo of my 15 ft^2 room. thank you again, josh.

I’m usually served by matt and hamza who are both awesome employees of an organisation that truly values its customers. we run an independent small business and wouldn’t be as successful as we are without the help of the team at big yellow. nadir, david, matt and hamza are all customer service legends and deserve to be recognised. they constantly go above and beyond for their customers and it’s always a pleasure to see them. can’t recommend them highly enough. i hope the company recognises how valuable and fantastic these four are! thanks again, team!

Tl;dr: very professional service for businesses needing storage / light industrial units. our amazon business needed to bring prep in-house following the closure of the external warehouse we used previously. we looked around several storage and light industrial options in cambridge and chose big yellow although others were slightly cheaper. the staff were particularly helpful & patient during the initial part of our move when literally several hundred parcels arrived on some days, and giving tips on how to move our first pallets safely.

Super service right from the beginning. felt personal, customised, obviously isn't but made to feel valued. had to delay for a day, no problem! when we did turn up, the guys on reception were welcoming, efficient and helpful (even providing a bucket with water as there had been some spillage on our journey). the storage facility itself is clean, run well, safe and secure , thank you. hamza, nadir, david.

Received the most amazing service by nadir. he answered all the questions i had and made some very helpful suggestions that guided my decisions. overall, very impressed and satisfied with the quality of service at big yellow, cambridge. i highly recommend!
