After experiencing a problem with my zipcar, I arrived later than the instructed latest time for first my first check-in. However, Josh at the reception was super welcoming when I arrived and went through the process swiftly whilst covering all the necessary steps in the correct manner. He knew what he was doing, didn’t complain at all about my late arrival and offered the best service possible with a big smile. He ended up staying late for almost 20 min due to my late arrival but never the his smile in his face and was helpful all the way till the end. Attached is a photo of my 15 ft^2 room.
