I am giving 5 stars for the vet and 0 stars to the manager. 5 stars for Hayley Baker, the veterinary surgeon who performed a laparoscopic spay for my dog on the 10th of May. She did the surgery quickly, without any complications or infections. The cuts were very small and healed really quickly. Another good point is that I didn't have to wait months in waiting lists for the surgery. I would recommend her as a surgeon. But, if you want to get the veterinary report about the operation, then I would NOT recommend this practice. For this I give 0 stars. For 18 days, I kept calling and emailing the practice to get the report (I wanted the report as my dog apparently had 3 ovaries which is a very rare case). Every time that I called, I was told that only Hayley can write the report but she doesn't work at this branch for this week. Today, the receptionist started poking her nose in our business asking why we want the report instead of answering when we'll get. Again we were told that Hayley is not in this branch until next week. When my father asked to speak with the manager, she said that she is the manager and Hayley is the one above her. She kept going on again and again like a broken record that until Hayley is back nothing can be done. She also refused to give us Hayley's phone number or email. Later today I called again to find out the manager's name to write this review and I was told that the manager's name is Samantha (they refused to tell me the surname) and I was told that the receiptionst who said that she was the manager probably wasn't. Overall, it is very upsetting that while Hayley is an experienced surgeon she and her team have horrible management skills. I am grateful for the operation but I would definitely not use this practice again.

From the reception to the nurses to the vet everyone was super sweet and helpful. Amazingly they take care of more unusual pets other than cats and dogs, while waiting there there was a super sweet female rat waiting for a checkup. Great place to be for both pet and their human

My experience at Vets4Pets was outstanding. The care, compassion, and expertise displayed by the staff, particularly the veterinarian who treated my dog's grass seed issue, were truly commendable.

Every vet I have met has been so very lovely. Their receptionist is a very nice lady who helped explain everything to me. I think everyone there understands that any vet visit is scary for the owner and pet, so all maintain excellent demeanors.
