Katrina Otter Weddings

Hands down, katrina otter, is the best wedding planner we could have ever hoped for! from the very first call we had with her to our wedding last weekend , we counted our blessings that we had kat by our side as our planner. i would highly recommend katrina to anyone looking for a planner - seriously, look no further she is utterly brilliant. it was honestly such good fun planning it with her and knowing , no matter what, she would make our dream a reality; that was her mission and she achieved it - our wedding was absolute perfection. choosing a wedding planner is a hugely personal choice and what we have grown to appreciate, having worked with kat, is that there is so much more than the basics. they need to meet your style (no issue there with kat - she oozes class in every way!); understand your vision, guide you, be honest, help you narrow down choices, spend money where it counts , save money on things that just won’t land , be incredibly calm, with a “can do” attitude (and not at all precious!) and completely focused on making your day a success. kat always put us first, was hugely attentive, warm, kind, supportive, humble and caring. on the same note, she was straight talking, honest  and fair. the role sort between the 3 of us was clear and we worked as a great team - we will miss our planning days. on the big day we were also lucky enough to have both kat and one her planners, cara, managing the wedding. cara slot straight in as if she had been on the entire planning journey with us, effortless excellence from them both. all that’s left to say is that we think the absolute world of kat and feel so lucky to have had a katrina otter branded wedding! ❤️

Katrina otter and kate thomas are both fantastic. kate was our wedding co-ordinator and she was brilliant. we had a call with her around 6 weeks before our wedding to run through our timeline of the day and around 2 weeks before the wedding kate liaised with all of our suppliers to ensure they all stuck to the schedule. we had several things go wrong in the lead up to our wedding, primarily in relation to our marquee and generator. kate was amazing at stepping in and resolving these issues - the lead up to our wedding would have been so much more stressful without her! she is very friendly and full of energy :) we also had a call with katrina much earlier in the year to get her advice on decor and logistics and this was invaluable. we couldn’t recommend this team enough!

From our initial meeting with cara we felt confident that we were in safe hands for what would become the wedding of our dreams! cara was an invaluable part of the planning process. she helped us along every step of the way, from catering to flowers, photography and entertainment, down to all the finer details. her recommendations were excellent and she knew exactly how to translate our vision into reality. cara's planning in the run up was meticulous and we were able to trust her with everything from the get go! on the wedding weekend itself, cara ensured that everything ran smoothly and we were able to truly enjoy ourselves. she and her team handled all the suppliers brilliantly. the venue was decorated beautifully and we were really taken aback with how perfect everything was! all our guests have complimented us on how well planned and seamless the events were. they all said it was one of the best weddings they had been to and we're sure this was in no small part down to cara! we would 100% recommend cara and katrina otter weddings. thank you again cara!! xxx

We cannot praise kat enough for the incredible role she played in planning our dream wedding. from the moment we met her, we knew we were in good hands. her expertise, attention to detail, and genuine passion for creating unforgettable weddings were evident throughout the entire planning process. kat’s advice was invaluable. she took the time to understand our vision and helped us translate it into reality, the whole day was honestly better than we could have ever imagined. she recommended the perfect suppliers who aligned with our vision, and we couldn't have been happier with the choices. from the florist to the caterer, every aspect of our wedding was executed flawlessly. kat also has the great ability of making the whole planning process enjoyable and fun, we both have busy jobs and it can be overwhelming and stressful. however, kat managed to turn it into a fun and exciting experience from food tastings and flower market visits! her positive energy and enthusiasm meant that we looked forward to every meeting and discussion we had with her. she made us feel at ease and reassured us that everything was under control. on the day of our wedding, kat and her team (cara and emily) demonstrated fantastic organisational skills. every detail was meticulously planned and executed. from the moment we woke up until the last dance of the evening, everything ran like clockwork. we were able to relax and fully enjoy the day, knowing that kat had everything covered. so many of our guests also commented on how our day ran so smoothly (thanks kat!). in addition to being so organised and efficient, kat was so patient! she listened to any of our concerns, answered all our questions, and provided guidance whenever we needed it, and she always had a solution at hand. but perhaps the best part about working with kat was that it was fun and she genuinely cared about making our day as special as possible, which it really was. thanks to kat, our wedding day exceeded our wildest expectations. it was a day filled with love, laughter, and beautiful memories that will last a lifetime. if you're looking for the best wedding planner who will bring your vision to life, keep you stress-free, and ensure that every moment is flawlessly executed, kat is the one! she is an absolute star, and we are forever grateful for her exceptional work.

Kate is truly phenomenal! a consummate professional, we had a destination wedding in england and kate made it all possible. she made us feel so comfortable, liaising with vendors weeks ahead of the day and ensuring everything happened, not just on time, but as seamlessly as possible. our parents and guests continue to comment on how well the weekend flowed, thanks to kate! kate went above and beyond, even running out to (somehow) find a new polaroid camera when mine broke. the wedding weekend simply would not have been as smooth or as much fun without her. i cannot recommend kate and katrina otter weddings enough!
