Satyam yoga centre has become the go to place for those looking for any type of yoga or fitness class. there’s something for every age from baby , toddler, under 12’s, teens and the rest of us beyond! the owners and staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating and happy to steer you towards the class that most meets your needs. there are wonderful treatments available and a good café next door to boot. what’s not to love!
So grateful to have a place like this in cambridge, a beautiful calm space with a home like feel. everyone is so kind and attentive, i highly recommend!
A lovely welcoming yoga and well-being therapy centre with a friendly community feel and great facilities. i was given a float session and found the whole experience incredibly relaxing. the room was lovely and serene and i had the best nights sleep afterwards.
I had a two hour thai massage with lima rose and it was amazing. i was very tired and stressed that day and i was surprised that lima immediately picked up on it and adapted her program to suit my needs. she also asked if the pressure was right twice, but she had gotten it perfectly right anyways, she’s very attuned and intuitive. she placed me on this amazing heat mat and put pillows in all the right places, which felt great in itself. then she began to gently stretch my body and i was surprised to see that she used her whole body to do it. it felt great! i was struck how present lima was with me and how she saw me as an individual. it seemed that every touch was mindful, caring and kind, even when she just put my ponytail to one side. i felt very safe with lima. the whole massage was as much a spiritual experience as it was a physical experience. it was the first massage where i didn’t feel like a piece of meat if that makes sense. it was 100% personalised and i’m definitely coming back. i highly recommend it.
Enjoyed my first flotation tank experience here with lovely helpful friendly support from the staff. overall, actually feel more relaxed after a swim at the jesus green lido, but great to try.
