Evans Cycles

Great staff good selection of bikes in store. I got one of their own brand pinicle bikes and it has been great. Unfortunately a month after purchase my chain broke mid ride! I took my bike down to Evans and originally they where trying to charge me for the new chain. But I managed to get it for free after having a chat with the engineer. Most likely a manufacturing fault Other then that it was a great service

I actually am so grateful for the service I recieved from Evans Cycles. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and cared about helping me find a bike that suited my needs. He even ordered the bike in for me, I can't wait for it to be ready for me to pick it up!

My chain broke as I was cycling in Canterbury. Evans were able to mend my chain on the spot and gave me advice about important bike maintenance that needed doing . Really impressed with the workmanship, customer service and speed at which this was done. Thank you very much, if this is the standard and quality in all of your shops I will definitely be back.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received today. I hope the owners read these reviews because the guy who helped me today won you my custom. I will choose Evans over Halfords from now. I only ended up buying a bottle holder but he kindly fitted it without being asked and he was a real credit to Evans cycles.
