Hands down the best place to go in Canterbury. Brought in my bike for emergency repair after the wheel came off. Hearing that I use it for work as a food courier, they went above and beyond to fix it way earlier than expected . Great experience and great service, in complete contrast to some of the alternatives around Canterbury. Would recommend this place to anyone needing work done on their bike.

Spent the day at Canterbury and hiring bikes made it even more enjoyable. We found the shop very easily and our bikes with helmets were waiting for us. Our seats were adjusted and we were given a quick tutorial on shifting gears and how to use our locks. Oh and need to mention that we booked them before arriving which made things very easy and simple. Great way to see a lot and smooth rides. Highly recommended!!!

I called in because of a puncture and was able to bring my bike in straight away, the guys started working on it immediately and were done within an hour so I was able to pick up my bike really quickly. The puncture happened again the day after and fortunately the guys were kind enough to offer me a replacement free of charge which I'm very grateful for as well as the work and effort they put into the customer's problems. Great and high quality service!

Hired 2 hybrid bikes. Great experience cycling from Canterbury to Whitstable and back. We were able to leave the bike in the Whitstable branch which allowed us to spend a good few hours there. Bikes were in very good condition and the staff were very friendly.
