What a fantastic pub. all round pleasant experience, food was excellent with really good sized portions too, service good and not rushed at all. absolutely happy to recommend this wonderful pub for a grand meal out.

Nice pub away from the hustle and bustle of canterbury high street. it's definitely worth looking out. good food and a good range of beers, all served in a nicely appointed bar.

Always a friendly atmosphere from this pub (with a large variety of gins which is always a bonus!). staff are so accommodating and welcoming- shout out to jess for making our games nights run smoothly! great to see a pub that prefers cash payments too!

Lovely little pub with great food and friendly staff. we happened to stay near here, but we’re too late for food the first day (the kitchen closes at 8pm). it’s a nice but smallish pub with a warm friendly feel. however what really impressed me was the food - i ordered the chicken skewers. three skewers with big chunks of delicious succulent chicken, plentiful chips and a big salad (i asked for no coleslaw). mine was under 16 pounds which was very good value for money. well worth a visit.

A very quaint little pub very handily located if you are staying in the nearby travelodge, but well worth seeking out if you are just exploring the many pubs canterbury has to offer. the management definitely like their twinkly lights on strings as the place is filled with them (prob a bit too many for my liking) but it does add. a certain charm in the dark evenings. definitely one i would go back to!
