Parents recommended this place before to sort their previous car out for bodyworks. Simply drove up and let them inspected the car. Quoted on the spot £300 for the crack which was repaired like it was brand new again colour matches the original (I thought it was fair) Second Quote to replace and fit the BMW lower front plastic grill (as I'm aware most likely have to remove the front bumper) Quote after further assement for the part and labour £400 which I didnt go for since it was a bit too much. Nonetheless when the car was returned I assume it was parked outside which can be a bit dusty due to the rocky surface. I reckon a clean up of the exterior when returning the car would be a good bonus 👍don't really like visiting to bodyshops for repairs as u know but this is a place to go if something unfortunately had happen to your car and you want a perfect finish to bring your pride and joy back to its glory. Maurice and Tom had been helpful throughout the process and kept things simple.

Cant fault at all.. Rang and spoke to helpful staff then went in later that day to get a quote to fix my bumper and then they ended up doing there and then.. quick and prompt. Work was to a very high standard. Reccomend to all

Absolutely amazing service. I was recommended this place by one of my mates after I had broken the tailgate trim of my vehicle and got in touch with them. After bringing my vehicle in for an inspection of what had to be done and repaired, they gave me an affordable quote (£350) whereas in the dealership the quote I was given was extortionate (£650). I brought my car in to repair at 10am and it was pretty much ready at 6pm the same day. Thank you so much once more! I definitely recommend going to them for any repairs needed, they are very reliable and have excellent customer service.

I went to ABC in 2019 for an Audi A3 that I had at the time. This was after someone smashed into the driver's side of my front bumper whilst it was parked and drove off, leaving me to deal with some pretty horrendous damage (see pics). I decided that I would repair it without going through my insurance company as I suspected they would deem the car a write-off, so I asked for a quote from some local body shops that I knew of. I was shocked at the quotes that came back to me -- Herne Bay's Chips Away quoted me well over £1,000 for the repair, which felt like a rip-off to me... I finally took the car to ABC for a quote after finding them on Google and Maurice gave me the most competitive price out of the lot -- I'm reviewing from memory so I think the quote was around £600-800 to replace the front bumper and some minor internal components that had been damaged as well (e.g. screenwash pipe). Maurice assured me that although my car was a particular make and model, they would be able to source a replacement bumper without too much trouble. He was right! It only took a few days for ABC to complete the work and I was delighted with the final result! ABC had even touched up some other minor scratches elsewhere that weren't included in the original quote for the bumper. Class! Fast forward to 2023 and I changed my Audi A3 for a Q5. I had a Mum-on-the-school-run-and-doesn't-know-how-to-drive-her-SUV moment and mounted an extremely high curb whilst driving out of the car park at work. In my carelessness, I'd managed to dent the chassis and scrape the bottom trim of the passenger front door... I didn't even think about going to any other body shop. I went straight to ABC and got a quote. I was more concerned about the scrape than the dent as the dent was only really noticeable when you opened the passenger door, so I asked Maurice if he could give me separate quotes for respraying the door trim and reshaping the chassis back into place. The quote was £150 and £350 respectively, at a total of £500, which I thought was reasonable. I booked the car in for the first repair and a day later, it was ready to collect and the result was fantastic once again! Maurice and the team did a great job of covering up my c*ck up and once the chassis repair is complete in a few months' time, I'll be even happier! I can't recommend ABC highly enough :)
