Apple Tree Canterbury

Cannot recommend Apple Tree enough! I took a iPhone 3gs with a shattered screen to them and after several hours trying to fix it they discovered it needed a new part, which they ordered and fitted directly without my having to incur huge cost by sending it off. Their prices are the best of any in the area by far. They were polite and really quick to reply by email, even when I was not. Absolutely 5* service.

Quick, easy fuss free service, high quality parts, and sensibly priced. Would highly recommend to anyone. They fixed my iPhone 5 screen, just hours after I smashed it and the day before Christmas, and it only took 45mins! Nice, polite welcome, didn't feel at all worried about leaving my precious device with them at all. 1 Week on, and absolutely no problems at, it works perfectly as if nothing had ever happened. Had water damage to my laptop, cleaned the entire inside for me and replaced the power board for a reasonable price of £100. Wouldn't charge battery when I got home however was very patient and had another look and gave me a brand new charger free cost. Was a bit slow with replying messages and updating me on information - often had to message and ask myself. A bit out of the way to get to but overall very happy and better than going to your standard Apple Store.

Had Apple Tree look at a laptop that had crashed and refused to start. We were told by an apple dealer in Canada that it would probably require some expensive hardware replaced so probably not worth it given its age. James offered to check it out for free and managed to work out what was wrong and fixed it for a good price. He has also just replaced a battery in my iPhone6 and is going to clear down my mac book which should speed it up. I have gone here a number of times over the last few year and the service has been great. Very helpful, friendly and competitively priced so would definitely recommend.
