I found Darren on FB and arranged for him to come and inspect and sweep three chimneys on a house we had just purchased. Darren was prompt in his response, clear on what he intended to do and upfront about the cost and under what circumstances the cost could changed. He kept in touch about what time he would attend and was able to arrive earlier than expected. For me, communication is one of the most important factors when choosing a tradesperson to do work for you. Darren knows his stuff and got on with the job when he arrived. He clearly takes pride in his work and likes to impart his knowledge on his clients.
