Superb result at a very reasonable price! I brought my mac mini and ram separately last year (which saved over £700 in total) because, having done my research, I knew this particular mac mini model could have its ram upgraded. When I went to Apple to look at getting it booked in they claimed it couldn't be done and I would have to just buy a new one with more ram (which would cost another £3000-£4000!!!). I then took it to the IT Store under recommendation of a family member where they had it done within 30 minutes for £30. The assistants I spoke to were very kind and helpful so couldn't have asked for a better service! 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Would highly recommend - started my day with a broken Macbook Air, didn't know what was wrong with it, Oliver diagnosed it really quickly and helped me upgrade which was by far the best option for me for my circumstances (zero insurance - tip take out insurance peeps!) They set everything up for me, so was able to get everything done really quickly, left really happy, big turnaround from how I felt when I walked in! Thanks guys!

I had my 2014 MacBook Air battery replaced by this shop today - done within 30 minutes, even cleaned the laptop up for me and looked brand new. Really chuffed as my laptop hadn’t switched on for 6 months beforehand and now it seems to be running better before the battery went (if that’s even possible). Offered advice with looking after new battery and just generally nice and helpful - you could tell they knew their stuff! Good price too. Would definitely use again if needed.
