Burgate Dental Practice

I found Burgate dental practice a year ago based on reviews given by other patients, which I found invaluable. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. The practice is small, calm, relaxing and comfortable. Everywhere throughout the practice is spotlessly clean and hygienic. I initially made an appointment to see Ioannis at a time when I was in a lot of pain and very sad, confused and extremely nervous. I was really worried after having been given a negative and daunting prognosis from another surgery with treatment plans that involved extensive tooth loss. Ioannis was amazing. He immediately reassured me that my teeth were totally salvageable and that he could turn my dental health around. He is the most knowledgable, kind, positive and gentle dentist I have ever met. He is always happy, calm and nothing is too much trouble. Ioannis is highly skilled and knows without doubt exactly what treatment is required to put things right without any stress or worry. His knowledge and training in advanced dentistry and restoration is outstanding using the latest safe treatment available. I have had a lot of dental work carried out over the last year, including implants. I can honestly say I am now so much more happy and confident. For the first time in over 20 years I have no gum or dental pain and my teeth are amazing and really comfortable. I am no longer afraid of the dentist or to smile. The staff at this practice are all incredibly kind, friendly and professional. They have an amazing ability to be able to put you at ease. I actually look forward to having my teeth cleaned and seeing Alison, the dental hygienist. An experience that I had always struggled with previously. They all work hard as a team to make your experience as relaxed, stress free and effortless as possible, for which I am so grateful. I am no longer afraid or nervous of the dentist and have total trust.

Amazing team, I attended Burgate dental practice because of discolouring in two front teeth, I honestly thought I would never get my smile back but the team at Burgate helped me get it! My main dentist was Ioannis and I really appreciated his amazing work. The team of hygienists are also fantastic and kudos to the great customer service of the reception staff. Thanks so much ❤️☺️

Excellent care from Dany Abdulahad. After many years of being a bit neglectful and only doing the bare minimum and needing to find a new dentist after relocating to Canterbury it was time for a complete overhaul. Dany carefully explained what could be done and the level of improvement I could expect as well as the different cost options and was meticulous in carrying out the work which I am very happy with.

Looked after superbly by my dentist Dana Vosooghi and her team professionally, including pre procedural informed consent and advice regarding post operative care. Complex treatment which was completely painless, and a walk in the park for me. Receptionist Beth is also very helpful.

This is the best dental practice that I have ever been to. I actually look forward to my appointments with Dr Ioannis and his team. I had two widom roots extracted and the Receptionist called me several times to make sure I was healing properly. I am happy my dental plan and high level of professionalism.
