The kindness, genuine compassion and support shown by this company has been incredible. They were very understanding when we made changes and they went above and beyond to assist. The funeral took place this morning in Canterbury and the professionalism on display made this difficult time more bearable.

The most wonderful people at your most worst time in life. They handled everything with grace dignity and most importantly manners and respect to the ones who were grieving. Would never use anyone else ever they were magnificent to myself and to my daughters whom they covinced not to view their father which I had tried to do. I can never thank them enough for this. They are the top in their Profession I would happily give 50 stars but am only allowed these five.

Scott was so kind and sensitive to all our questions and he kept us informed through the whole process. It is such a difficult time for families to cope with and all the people here were so kind to us. On the day it all went like clockwork and everyone was so thoughtful and understanding. It helped make the whole day beautiful.

We had 3 deaths in 6 days in December. My Mum was the last to die, but her funeral was first. Young Tom came to her own home and took Mum into their care. From then I dealt with Tom senior. Both Tom's and all the staff were wonderful. We took My Mum in our LANDROVER to Barham and six family members carried My Mum in. 3 girls, 3 boys. These people were open to every discussion, just say it how it is and ask your questions. Celebrant Eric was perfect too. I'm booking these guys for my Dad's funeral when he passes and my own too! Scott and Thomas were both very helpful and supportive through the sad passing of my mum . They kept me informed and updated with everything and made sure my mum was looked after with great care and attention. I wouldn’t ever choose a different company other than themselves. Thankyou once again for all your kindness and support .
